As of 09:37 here is a summary of the issue – We became aware of the fault at 09:31. The cause is a faulty piece of equipment at your local substation in the Tooley Street area, our engineers were dispatched to site at 09:34.
The current status is that we’ve assigned engineers to locate and fix the issue; they are now on their way, the estimated timeframe to have power back on is 13:00 to 14:00.
