Lewes House in Druid Street was originally a large tenement block. Each dwelling would house large families; often with “lodgers” to help pay the rent. it was demolished and rebuilt post WW2.

There are 32 flats across 3 blocks.

    Location of the TMO Office

    To get to the Fair Community Housing Services offices from London Bridge Station, walk through the station and exit on Tooley Street. Then turn right and walk along Tooley Street for approximately 10 minutes – passing the Southwark Council offices and Two Bridges Ale House & Kitchen. Our offices are located opposite Potters Fields and adjacent to St Johns Churchyard and playground on the ground floor of 2 Fair Street.

    The nearest bus stops from London Bridge are stops J (Unicorn Theatre) and K (Tower Bridge Road) – buses 47, 343 and 381 alight at both these bus stops.
