Pram Sheds

If you are interested in renting a pram shed from the TMO you can apply to be put on the waiting list by calling the TMO office. Due to a high demand and limited number of pram sheds the waiting time is long and all applicants must not be in rent arrears.

Paying for a Pram Shed

If you already rent a pram shed from the TMO.  To ensure that your account is always in credit as per the terms of your pram shed agreement, we suggest that you to set up a standing order with your bank and you can do this using the following details:

Pram shed account reference: [Your Last Name] – FCHS – [Shed Number] (must be quoted to ensure any payment credit is paid to the correct pram shed account).

Weekly Rental Charge: £2.50 (current)
Account Name: Fair Community Housing Services
Account Number: 02149595
Sort Code: 30-91-54

If you need any advice on this matter please contact the TMO office.
