Fair Community Housing Services has given notice to Southwark Council to end our agreement with them to manage your home. This decision was made by members at a Special General Meeting in June 2024.
As a result, our office at 2 Fair Street will close on Thursday 31 October 2024. The following day, on
Friday 1 November 2024, the Council will take over all day-to-day services. Please note that the terms
of your tenancy or lease, as well as your payment methods for rent or service charges, will not change.
We will provide further information, including important contact details, on our website as it becomes
available.
