At the Special General Meeting (SGM) on 27 June 2024 members passed a resolution that Fair Community Housing Services (FCHS) gives three months’ notice to Southwark Council to terminate the management agreement.
47 members were present. 25 voted in favour of the resolution, 20 against, there was one spoiled ballot paper.
This means that we will give notice to Southwark Council. When the agreement comes to an end FCHS will no longer manage the estate. It is likely that the local office will close as management duties transfer to the Council.
